Cellar Cooling Systems

A cellar cooling system is an essential piece of equipment for any establishment selling beer, real ales, wine and soft drinks. Cellar cooling systems differ from standard air conditioning units, as most standard air conditioning systems will only cool down to 18°C, while a cellar system can take the room temperature down to 8°C, with the more bespoke units able to take the temperature down to 4°C. The standard temperature in a cellar is 12.7°C (55°F).

When a system is required to cool to a specific temperature a heater can be fitted to the evaporator to keep a constant temperature normally required with real ales. A cellar cooling system is designed to cool your product quickly and efficiently with a powerful evaporator fan motor and wide fins on the evaporator to ensure it does this very well.

Depending on the size of your cellar, be it above or below ground, or the amount of stock required to be chilled, there is a wide range of units to choose from, with duties ranging from 2.5kW up to 7kW.

We can offer two leading brands of cellar cooling systems with the IMI Cellar King Systems and the Beer Master / Cellar Master Systems, which we are happy to quote and install for all our customers. We are also able to install other systems on request.
